How We Read and Respond
Every message reaches a real person on the editorial team. We read incoming emails, but we cannot always reply, especially during busy news cycles.
Promising tips may be followed up with a request for more detail, supporting documents, or a verification call. Corrections receive priority. If you flag a factual error, we review the published article, check the original sources, and update the page when a correction is needed.
We do not pay for tips. We also do not publish reader-submitted information without independent verification. Source confidentiality is considered only when there is a clear public-interest reason.
